Kriov

Kriov for agencies

Your measurement team, without another hire.

You lead the client. Kriov handles the tracking architecture, implementation, troubleshooting and QA behind the scenes.

White-label capable · Client-safe · Project or ongoing · Documented handover

The problem

Your best media buyer should not be your tracking engineer.

A single modern measurement implementation increasingly crosses:

  • website code
  • ecommerce platforms
  • data layers
  • GTM
  • consent
  • browser behaviour
  • server containers
  • advertising APIs

Agencies should be able to access this capability when they need it — without hiring a full-time tracking specialist or pulling strategists off billable work.

Relationship model

Your client remains your client.

No client poaching
Kriov will not market competing services to agency-referred clients.
White-label capable
Delivery can remain behind the agency where required.
Client-safe communication
When direct communication is useful, Kriov communicates within agreed boundaries.
No competing service agenda
Kriov is not trying to take ownership of paid media, SEO, creative, development or the broader marketing account.

How agencies use Kriov

Specialist capacity, exactly when the work turns technical.

  • One difficult implementation

A client has a tracking problem the internal team cannot resolve efficiently.

  • New-client measurement setup

Build a clean measurement foundation before media scales.

  • Server-side implementation

Provide server-side GTM and CAPI expertise without building the capability internally.

  • Technical escalation

Give media buyers somewhere to escalate measurement issues.

  • Recurring fulfilment

Kriov becomes the agency's external specialist measurement function.

Engagement flow

From requirement to documented handover.

  1. 1

What we do not do

Focused by design.

Kriov is a measurement specialist. We do not position ourselves as your client’s paid media agency, SEO provider, creative agency, social agency or web design agency.

This allows us to work comfortably behind agencies — without ever competing for the broader account.

  • Paid media — not our discipline
  • SEO — not our discipline
  • Creative production — not our discipline
  • Social management — not our discipline
  • Web design — not our discipline

Questions agencies ask

Answered before you have to ask.

Who actually does the work?

Kriov is a specialist practice led by its founder. The person who scopes your engagement is the person who delivers it — nothing is handed down to junior staff.

Will you contact our clients directly?

Only within boundaries you agree in advance. Many engagements run entirely through the agency; where direct access helps delivery, it stays inside the agreed scope.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is scoped around the work and expected volume. You receive a fixed-scope proposal before anything begins — no open-ended hourly billing.

What access do you need?

Whatever the implementation requires — typically GTM, GA4, advertising accounts or staging access. Access requirements are defined during scoping and kept to least-privilege.

Do you replace our existing tools?

No. Kriov works with the stack your client already runs, and only recommends changes where the measurement architecture genuinely requires them.

What do we receive at handover?

A clear implementation record: what was built, how events are structured, QA evidence from validation, and any ongoing considerations worth monitoring.
